Article 25a of the Finnish copyright law only permits commercial freedom of panorama for buildings. Photographs of other works of art cannot be published under commercial licenses when those works become the main element of the image, until after 70 years from the death of the artist. Therefore, intentional photographs of recent sculptural monuments of Finland are not considered as "free works" on Wikimedia Commons and will be deleted.
