  •  Delete Per Jeff G. I still don't see the point in this. If anything the same thing can be done using a category. Although I think the fact that its so specific to Germany, German stamps, and a German classification system is problematic. The person who created the template really should have discussed it with people who work in the area first given their edit count and clear lack of experince with stamps, or really Commons to begin with. There's potentially to many files invloved and people working in the area already to just implement a template like this one with zero discussion beforehand. I don't think the user who created it has adequately explained how it works or why its neccessary either.
