@PotsdamLamb: How is a photo uploaded to Flick in August 2009 (see this) a copyright violation of a photo posted in September 2015? The photo in the link you provided was taken from Flickr, not the other way around. Mindmatrix 13:40, 8 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
Yeah I was already told that. It was someone on simple posted it on their user page saying they had it somewhere and it matched the caption exactly of the photo from a magazine and I saw it published multiple times. Yeah no worries. I much prefer being asked. The other two they had have been removed as copyrights though. I do a lot of work on simple so I pay attention to alot, but doesn't mean I am always correct and I do make mistakes so thank you for your understanding.
